The Simple Green Smothie Recipe

I can’t emphasise enough how good this smoothie tastes and how good it is for you. This smoothie contains as many greens as a regular green juice but the goodness of blueberries, banana and oats. I recently added smoothies to my diet and this has become my champion. Make sure you have best blender to make this recipe.
Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Large Bunch Kale
  2. 4 Sticks Celery
  3. 1 Inch Ginger
  4. 1/2 Inch Turmeric
  5. 1/4 Cup oats
  6. 1 Large Banana
  7. 1 Teaspoon Honey
  8. 1 Cup Soy Milk
  9. 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Juice the greens separately in conventional juicer and pass through a fine strainer. Add green juice and other ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pass all through fine strainer again to remove blueberry, ginger and turmeric plulp and Serve.
